The Soil Feeds Us

The soil feeds us. We can feed it back with compost. Simple anaerobic fermentation of organic garbage keeps undesirable bacteria from taking over the decomposition process. After a week, you get a batch of aromatic fermented material which will compost faster. In the compost pile, micro-organisms and other decomposers complete the process.
